About Me

I have been an editor for the past 5 years at a local news station as well as a national news magazine program in Phoenix, AZ. I moved to Chicago to work towards my master's degree in film production and as a freelance artist. I have worked on short film projects on my own, as well as commercial projects. I have edited projects for the ASPCA, CEO organization and, assisted on a feature length documentary. Having been involved in various productions has made me a versatile candidate as well as knowledgeable in different areas of post production.

The demand of news, fostered in me, the need to be be a fast editor while also maintaining broadcast quality work. My work has taken place in a variety of environments from 2 person production teams to collaborating with producers, talent, and fellow editors, which has provided me an opportunity to become very technically savvy with Avid, FCP, as well as Premier and After Effects.
