Grew a feature-length documentary into a franchise series on Netflix and a spinoff licensed to Hulu. I oversee the film and television production process from start to finish: idea generation, script development, casting, production, post-production, delivery & distribution. As an executive I've overseen crews of 100+ during production and development teams of 25+ employees. Strong focus on hiring writers and producers, developing story, outlines & scripts, cultivating and managing talent, and communicating the creative vision for the project. I'm always on the lookout for new programming acquisitions, optioning material, and any new ideas.
