As the Director of Media, I have provided significant change to a well recognized talent agency. I developed a TV/media division in a high fashion modeling agency to help their company grow and succeed. During the last three years I formed valuable relationships with local talent, clients and casting directors. Prior to being an agent in south florida, I worked in the New York market for CESD in the on-camera commercial division. Development Assistant/Intern- Created non-fiction television ideas on behalf of Production Company for cable TV networks; partnered with the company field producer to cultivate the crew, cast and production team; conducted research in support of office work productions, creation of demo reels, logged tapes, edited, wrote proposals and digitized footage.
