About Me
I am a freelance cinematographer and assistant camera. I am a very visual storyteller but I also understand the technical side of camera and lighting. I'm well organized, efficient, and pull sharp focus.
I've worked on both features and short films and am familiar with a large range of cameras from the RED to Canon 5D/7D.
I'm also the owner operator of a Canon 7D package with lenses, monitor, and tripod.
I have been in the industry since 2011.

Wey Wang grew up in New Jersey in the shadow of New York City. After getting his BS in Computer Science, he spent several years working in software development, building a successful career.
It didn't take long for Wey to become dissatisfied with his work. Around the same time, he got his hands on a camera, wrote and directed his first short film: "Love Angle". Thus, his love for storytelling began.
After completing his masters, he moved to Los Angeles where he is currently a freelance cinematographer and camera assistant as he continues to pursue his passion for storytelling.
