At Petsmart I was a shift manager at the Dog & Cat Pet Hotel. There I I managed the onsite activity of not only the employees working but also the maintenance and safety of the animals. Within Petsmart I used my communication skills with not only my co-workers but the consumers as well.

At the Disneyland theme park, I started working as a cashier in the theme park at Hungry Bear-- where I used major communication skills that occurred during with servers and cashiers and also not to mention the kitchen. This is the place where I learned the high standard of a work environment. After about 6 months I was promoted to a Lead position where I would be in charge of my current employees on the clock and I did that for around 3 months and had to quit due to them scheduling me during finals.

I have had three very different jobs that all required very different tasks. Some of these skills I gained are: knowing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint all very well, one on one customer interaction, dealing with co-workers, being a cashier, training other employees in their new working environment, working on payroll, sales, and substantial guest and customer interaction.

Skills:

My jobs have preceded my; I have been able to adapt to all types of environments-- whether it's
dealing with a one-on-one customer basis or helping to lead my employees in the correct direction. As for working in marketing and promotions within the music industry I have learned the professionalism and organization a company must exude. While creating new and innovative ideas for promotion I have learned that adaptation and determination are the keys to any successful work environment.


Achievements:

In both school and work I have achieved many of my goals--whether it was being promoted within a job or now being in honors in College for the last year and planning on keeping it that way. I believe that all accomplishments come with time and experience mine are many and broad.
