Charlie Beauchamp was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida. He graduated from Pinellas Park High School in 2006. While in high school, Charlie did video production for the morning announcements, which really piqued his interest in film and filmmaking. Charlie was also an active participant in the drama program in all four years of his high school career. He knew that this is what he wanted to do when he volunteered to be the editor for the morning announcement videos.
Charlie was accepted to the Art Institute of Tampa as a film major in 2009. He won the Peers Choice Award at the 2011 Student Showcase for his film Florida Blues (2011), a documentary about the use Oxycodone. Charlie’s first gig as a producer came on the student film Hope (2012), he followed that up with an independent short film Infinite Nightmare (2012).
While pursuing his degree at the Art Institute, Charlie interned for the National Aviation Academy. During the internship he shot and edited promotional videos for the school, the most notable of which was a video featuring Sam Fuld of the Tampa Bay Rays.
Charlie is married to Madison Beauchamp. The couple have a son, halen, who is four years old. In his spare time, Charlie enjoys sports, television, film, and his family.
