About Me

I have an extensive background in music. From an early age I was classically trained on the piano and then trained in percussion. In high school I was a percussionist in band and went to state three years in a row. I have been a part of recording sessions both on piano and on drums. Weddings, Christmas parties and other functions have been a regular source of income and places I perform. I professionally play drums for a Christian recording artist. I received Bachelor of Science in Music Business and a minor in music from Dallas Baptist University. I studied for three semesters music theory and musicianship learning all the elements required to compose. I have taken recording classes and understand the theoretical approach to recording and the technical approach to setting up a recording session. I have a fundamental knowledge of the software as well in order to transcribe score and record them as well. My ability to express emotion is my strongest attribute. Music is the expression of my personality and how I convey my feelings to this world.
