On-set dialect coach/accent reduction/script translation
Heather specializes in Italian, French, and German translation and foreign accent coaching. She has translated and coached for shows such as Fox’s “Touch” and HBO's "The Newsroom." With a B.A. in German, another in French, a Master’s in Italian, and a PhD in Italian Literature, Heather brings the linguistic expertise of academia to the industry. Whether the client needs to reduce their own accent when speaking a foreign language or adopt a particular accent when speaking English, Heather can quickly help actors improve their pronunciation, stress, intonation, and rhythm.
