About Me
I have worked in film/tv production, post production and marketing for the past seven years; with this background I have extensive experience in project management, design development, and client support.
My most recent experience was working as a Junior Editor for Megalomedia Inc., a full service television and film studio that develops and produces original non-fiction content for US and International broadcast. I created episodes, webisodes and promotional videos while communicating with producers to ensure expectations were met in the series style and story development.
I also freelance edit with PGi, a technology communication company that specializes in connecting business through video, web and audio conferencing enhanced with social networking and media sharing. While working with PGi, I spearheaded an organizational procedure, which streamlined editing and worked with graphics team in creating, organizing, and implementing the clients’ preferences for the product. I also digitized/ organized footage, graphics, and text elements into efficient work flow for lead editors. Created graphics, texts, and blurs for final outputs. Supervised all outputs and transfers for compliance with client contracts.
While working as a Production Coordinator for Trailer Park, a all inclusive marketing house for film, television, and video games, my main role was creating Blu-ray and DVD extra content and featurettes. My responsibilities included writing pitches/proposals for prospective work, supervising menu functionality/design, and wrote copy for Blu-ray authoring. I was also trusted with organizing media, legal, and technical elements for production and editorial on DVD & Blu-ray featurettes. Further operations included coordinating location shoots with talent, crew, and PR representatives. Considering Trailer Park is a one stop marketing firm, I worked with several departments to accomplish projects on time and under budget.
