About Me
Hi, my name is Silver Streak Lady aka Evelyn Nelson. There’s been some very interesting flashes and dashes of devastation along with blessings in my life; I’m very loyal, dependable and a trustworthy person. Among my strongest work attributes are punctual, detailed oriented and perfection. I’m always having a passion to draw out the gifting and talents of others. I’ve been a songwriter since 1988 and a singer since 1964. Between the murder of my biological mother at age 10 while in foster home (never got to know her) and the execution murder of my biological father at age 37 my healed heart causes me to sing and encourage others to love and forgive. I enjoy eagles soaring, butterflies, double rainbows in the sky and networking with people in the entertainment industry. I’ve been a caregiver over 10 years and a personal assistant for five years and engaged in numerous clerical and human relations jobs.
I'm pursuing an adventure on my music that's being played in 78 Countries, it's amazing how your voice can carry in realms beyond your control. It's been humbling to be blessed with such a talent from God. He'll make sure His creation shines to set many free, His Word which is Life does not return void. All the glory belongs to God!
Just recently became a Best Seller Co-Author of Book JOY 365 a Devotional for Joy Restoration. Which has inspired me to work on my own Silver Streak Lady eBook Series. I've explored the NFT world and did my first NFT, now looking into the Web3 world as well. I worked on a single called Traumatized Tattered and Torn to encourage many who have been through drastic and devastating changes in life and how God's love and Word can take us through victoriously...
Enjoying behind the scenes of movies and acting I’ve had the opportunity to be an extra with Cuba Gooding Jr. and on the ER {NBC} series also nominated to be a double for Nurse Jeanne Boulet (Gloria Ruben) on ER. Also I was a seat filler for ten different TV shows ( DEAL OR NO DEAL, JUDGE JOE BROWN, ALL OF US{WB}, THE WAR AT HOME{FOX}, ‘TIL DEATH{FOX}, AMERICA’S FUNNIEST VIDEOS{ABC}, ACCORDING TO JIM{ABC}, THE CLASS{CBS}, THE NEW ADVENTURES OF OLD CHRISTINE{WB}, THE BIG BANG THEORY{CBS}) and BET Awards.
