About Me

Hello everyone! My name is James Wrabel. I'm a graduate with honors from Kean University. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Media & Film—Broadcasting.

Kean University has given me the opportunity to mold myself into a well-rounded media professional and on-air talent prospect. In the Spring of 2010, my peers recognized my efforts in awarding me the "Best Electronic Media Portfolio" at the Student Showcase. My hope is to one day enter in to the Sports Media industry in any capacity, whether it be TV, Radio, or Internet.

During my time at Kean, I produced and co-hosted a two-hour weekly sports talk radio show on 90.3 FM WKNJ called The Neutral Zone for three semesters. In May 2009, The Neutral Zone received the "Excellence in Radio Production" award as voted on by my peers at the Student Showcase. I also maintained a blog for the show called On The Fly: The Neutral Zone.

Currently, I'm writing for Blue Line Station as their lead writer, contributing articles about the New York Rangers as well as overseeing the staff writers. In addition, I'm a co-producer of the Rink Side Rants weekly podcast for FanSided.com, an NHL Featured Columnist for the Hockey This Week magazine and a copy editing intern/contributor for Bleacher Report.
