As a Media Coordinator, I have acquired the skills and knowledge of organizing, managing, and delivering digital and video content for small and large corporations. I am also skilled in creating and tweaking workflows for digital delivery, broadcast, file ingest, and archiving. I have administrative and engineering experience with Avid Media systems, including Media Composer, Interplay Access, MediaCentral, MAM, Interplay Production Services, Avid ISIS and the new Avid NEXIS. I have implemented my workflow building knowledge with creating and distributing MediaShuttle portals for different third party vendors and NBCUniversal team members.

I have introduced and created a Smartsheet workflow to the NBC Sports Group Post Production Engineering and Media Management departments. Thanks to the new Smartsheet workflow, it is now easy to track file ingest levels, storage levels, and incoming media for producers and editors on a day-to-day basis.

Working on the 2016 Rio and 2018 PyeongChang Olympics as At-Home support for the team located in Rio and South Korea allowed me to work independently on normal and new day-to-day tasks for both motorsports and the Olympic games while supporting our over-seas team with our new innovative workflows for seamless remote deliveries. From prepping remote kits and remote projects to taking on new administrative technical duties with Avid, Adobe, FileCatalyst, EVS, and Vantage, I was able to learn and execute new workflows.
