Objective

To continue to further my career as a videographer in a position in which I can use and further my expertise and creativity while utilizing the latest recording equipment and software.  
 
 
Experience

Videographer:  Digitalpix Video Productions​                                      August, 2010-Present
Owner/operator of video and audio production business.  Responsible for shooting and editing various videos including, but not limited to interviews, marketing productions, music videos, podcasts, file conversions for internet uploads, and motion graphics.  Projects include the use of the following software:  Adobe Premier CS4, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, Adobe Photoshop, and Encore.  Videos are captured using the following equipment:  Canon GL2, Sony CX500-HD, Canon XA10-HD.

Video Journalist:  WALA Fox 10 TV, Mobile, AL​                        September, 2007-August 2010
Responsible for shooting and editing 2-3 news stories per day in order to prepare “packages” for upcoming broadcasts.  Regularly used Microwave truck for live shots and interviews. Captured breaking news as well as conducted interviews to tell the story.  Determined and organized proper shot list and setup using lighting, composition, and timing appropriate for the story. Used Sony XD Camera, wireless lav mic systems, Grass Valley non-linear editing system, Sony Vegas laptop editing system.

Video Editor/Production Assistant:  WALA Fox 10 TV, Mobile, AL​           March, 2006- September, 2007
Responsible for editing video to script in preparation for three hours of morning newscasts.  Ran tele-prompter, audio, and robotic camera for live newscasts.  Set up morning show new set.

• Flew with and videoed/interviewed the Blue Angels.
