The California Independent Production Center, or CIPC, is a facility that leases production and editorial offices to industry professionals. Centrally located in Burbank, its' a wonderful environment for producers, production companies, editors, talent agents, music producers, casting directors, and any other creative types.
The Facility features flexible lease options, which is perfect for both short or longer term productions, and offices of varying sizes, tailored to suit your project's individual needs. There's 24 hour access to the building, Internet and phones included in the lease, and full time reception service. The building also has a spacious break room that can double for group meetings, and a finished roof top patio , perfect for wrap parties or industry mixers.
