I am a 3D Artist Currently specializing in Video Game Modeling and Video Game environment Design.
I got my start into the 3D animation world 11 years ago, at the end of 7th grade. During a career exploring summer camp, I was exposed to the 3D program called Blender. After that I was hooked. I knew immediately that this is what I wanted to do. Over the next decade my skills slowly progressed into the talents I have now.
What I currently enjoy doing most is making simulator/game levels. I enjoy putting together the giant puzzle of a map and the challenge of getting it to run efficiently while looking as good as it can possibly look. Other jobs I enjoy doing is modeling, texturing, and visual effects.
The current job I have involves making computer simulators for Joy Global and their underground Mining Machines. The responsibilities I have at Joy involve me being the lead 3D artist creating all 3D visual assets and effects for the simulators.
I have been in the industry since 2007.
