About Me
I'm an underwater videographer with experience filming in a diverse range of shooting scenarios, including wildlife, talent underwater, fishing and more. I have filmed for National Geographic Specials and Animal Planet series, as well as a number of independent shorts and documentaries. I have an extensive amount of experience in the water and am comfortable filming in any conditions including low visibility, strong currents, blue water, at night, and around large animals. I am flexible with filming styles including free diving/snorkeling, SCUBA, and Closed Circuit Rebreathers depending on the need and situation. Most of my filming experience is on Canon DSLRs and I currently shoot with a 5D mk III in a Nauticam housing with various lens/coverage and lighting options available. I'm also comfortable shooting on a number of other cameras and am happy to use your gear or a camera you specify if necessary. While I also shoot topside footage, I would recommend using me in conjunction with a topside DP if shooting documentary-style or host-based productions that require both in-water and out-of-water shooting.
