DELUXE ENTERTAINMENT, Burbank, CA (2011 to 2012)
QA Senior Production Manager

Responsible for daily production checks of Television / Film in various media types (tapes/file) to ensure no rejects or returned material. Also responsible for rejection issues by major studios (Disney, Starz, Fox, WB) and replacement / clarification of these issues.

Responsible for catching many issues prior to shipping content to many studio entities. Worked with production and Client services to make checks mandatory prior to shipping products. Results were lowered defects & less rejections.

ASCENT MEDIA (purchased by DELUXE in 2011), Burbank, CA (2004 to 2011) Sr. Account Manager - Client Services

Managed Telecine process for Remastering of feature movie releases. Includes Audio transfers / laybacks, ASC3, DRS, QC and duplication through delivery. Interface for FOX studios dealing with 20+ clients on a daily basis. Received email, phone, and fax requests for Mastering & duplication of Domestic / International TV and film orders. Processed orders in XYTECH, providing daily updates to Clients and resolution of any problems. Ensured total customer satisfaction through constant updates & delivery of content on or before requested due dates.

TECHNICOLOR DIGITAL CINEMA, Burbank, CA (2001 to 2004)
Client Services Project Manager

Responsible for the planning & scheduling of encoding activities for daily Digital Cinema operations. Coordinated activities and set work schedules to meet feature release dates. Interfaced with Studio representatives to schedule incoming work and provide updates on Features in progress.

Supports on site personnel working with many different teams to ensure quality is adhered to while overseeing usage of labs and theater systems for Client viewing. Worked with distribution groups providing updates & closing out of completed jobs.

During 12 year career at Vitesse held several titles through promotions / advancements. Responsible for helping to bring "start up" company to world wide leader in electronics. Titles and dates for these various positions:

-Senior Product Expeditor (2000-2001)
Responsible for all aspects of on time delivery to
customers. Included product test scheduling, process
control, ISO9001 adherence.

-Senior Inventory Control Specialist / Lead (1999-2000)
Responsible for spare parts inventory for entire company.
Instituted daily part control through min/max levels,
department feedbacks and improved vendor relations.

-Test Material Control Coordinator "A" (1997-1999)
Coordinator in charge of instrument calibration and ESD
programs. Wrote technical manuals for complete ESD system,
conducted training, and tracked over 100 stations
requiring monthly checks & repairs to ensure ZERO defects
in units produced.

-Associate Planner (1995-1997)
Generated daily schedule to meet customer shipments for
production floor. Guided transition between day/night
shifts to minimize impact to product flow, while ensuring
maximum product output daily. Created CROSS TRAINING
programs to ensure coverage between departments resulting
in less down time when people out. Reduced overtime and
improved employee morale were results.

-Test Operator / Senior Test Technician Lead (1989-1995)
First operator in a non Engineering paygrade to be given
control of Test equipment. Trained all Test Operators
after me in policies & procedures for future company
growth. Wrote technical procedures, conducted monthly
inventory audits, tracked equipment utilization, created
work schedules and provided basic maintenance when
required. Promoted to lead due to knowledge acquired and
leadership skills. Wrote training procedures for new
employees and setup procedures for all test equipment to
ensure accurate testing & reduced customer defects. Cross
trained with maintenance group to help them cover manpower
