In July 2005 I graduated from high school (classical studies) in Rome and I moved to the United States where I went to college. After taking a BA in Film Studies and History, I moved back to Rome and did a one-year internship in the Programming and Production Department of Fox International Channels (National Geographic, History Channel, Nat Geo Adventure, Nat Geo Wild). It was a very challenging and formative experience. My duties changed daily and ranged from researching, reviewing and screening documentaries to writing and editing. This allowed me to acquire a wide-ranging knowledge base of documentary production and television programming from inception to completion.
From January until May 2012, I worked as a Production Researcher for Todos Contentos Y Yo Tambien, a documentary production company based in Rome, where I acquired solid research and organizing skills. As I planned and coordinated the work of the production team I learned to prioritize, work under time pressure and perform duties as an individual and as part of a team. Moreover, by managing the production of sixty different projects I had to multi-task and exercise precision and attention to details.
Moreover, I am familiar with a television network office environment, I will bring passion and enthusiasm to the workplace and I am very eager to learn.
I'm very fluent in spoken and written English and my native tongue is Italian.
