Objective: To obtain a successful career using my skills learned at the workplace, abroad and in school in the Digital Video Production and Media industry.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in a professional and competitive company – Chip Taylor Communications – as their Senior Video Editor.

• Responsibilities included - wiring editing suite, setting up the software, production of programs, shooting, setting up lighting, cameras, audio, some narration and voice acting and all of post production including closed captions and organizing digital files. Also uploading screeners/demos to various online websites including the National Media Market for example and creating streaming files.

• Worked with many different formats, created many publicity demos, worked on many different programs and professional video, quality checking videos for broadcast quality specs, one of which got played on Discovery Velocity (Graveyard Carz) and some for the NYC Department of Buliding and others for international TV stations

• Experience shooting with DSLRs professionally while working abroad with peacechild.org at the World Youth Congress in Istanbul 2010, and many places for documentaries through Chip Taylor Communication

• Experience teaching many different employees, friends, or producers how to use Final Cut Studio and After Effects to specific professional standards. Several employees had no experience before in video editing.
