Global 360 “Open Text” (Oct. 2011-Aug. 2012)
Scanner and Auditor/Indexer
Duties included handling, and organizing Orange County court case files so they may be transferred from Microfilm to computer data with the goal if time management and productivity at the forefront. Following the preparation process, scanning proceeded. While scanning, the utilization of delicate camera lenses and computer programs to insure the best quality of image would be obtained. Once the images were on our database the auditing process began. Auditing ensured that the program detected all images and the highest quality was obtained. Once auditing was completed indexing would be next. Indexing titled each page of images to insure that all case files were grouped with their corresponding files. Once the case files were grouped correctly the data would be copied to hard drives and delivered back to the OC courthouse along with their original Microfilm counterparts.

AMF Cerritos Lanes (Jan. 2010-Oct. 2011)
Front Desk Sales, Food and Beverage Attendant, Bartender, Mechanic Certification
Responsibilities include operating the front desk and all business transactions, answering phone calls and booking client reservations, Bowling/Scoring software operations, and maintaining a high level of customer service while generating revenue for the company. Preparing and serving high quality food and beverages to the customers in a fast-paced positive environment. On top of maintaining a clean kitchen, and organizing products to be distributed at high rate of productivity, I bring a high level of Teamwork ethic to each department I work in. I also received my C-Mechanic certification allowing me to contribute to the maintenance if the bowling machinery and equipment.

Bar back
As a bar-back, I was considered the blood that kept the productivity of the business, and the profits it generated. Being the only supply line to my bartenders I would ensure that they had everything needed to provide for their customers. I would not only stock all of our products, but also keep our products easily accessible for the bartenders to alleviate any unnecessary setbacks during a business evening. As the bar-back I also maintained a clean environment throughout the facility, cleaning the establishment from top to bottom at the end of every work night.

On the Nutzman Brothers team I provided a great deal of heavy lifting and relocating of supplies to my co-workers, while contributing my general construction and carpentry skills to our projects.

Sales Clerk
As a sales clerk I was entrusted to open and close the store alone. Details of my responsibilities included maintaining a positive appearance to the store and its merchandise, cycling our products and their displays. Throughout the workday I would interact with every customer ensuring a high level of customer service and product revenue. Before closing the store each night my responsibilities were to restore the cleanliness and appearance of the shop and log in our daily sales. Once all of the daily tasks were completed I’d enter the sales numbers of the day through QuickBooks and report them directly to the store owner and operator.
