About Me

Hi! My name is Kimberly Davis. Video editing and visual storytelling are my passion. I thrive on its ability to impact a community. Video captures memories and events, as well as informs. It is a powerful vessel for voice and is capable of promoting change.
I have five years of digital design experience ranging from graphic design/web design to cinematography and video editing. For the past five years I have been working at a small production company creating and editing video promos and advertisements for multiple clients such as SuperMedia, FindLaw, and Super Lawyers. Career highlights include projects for Nolo (Nolo.com) including their 40th Anniversary video and the instructional video for their Quickens Legal Business Pro software.
I work well under pressure and I am able to meet tight deadlines. I am detailed oriented, and have the ability to work on multiple projects while maintaining focus on details required for individual assignments. I have strong organizational skills, and have knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
I have a B.F.A. in Multimedia Studies from the University of Colorado at Denver. I have held artistic exhibits at numerous venues including the Starz Film Center, the Emmanuel Gallery, and Orange Kat Studios. Telling stories through video is my passion.
