Successful completion of all audio video production aspects of "Discovering Your Power" television program, extensive post-production editing for frequent in-house audio and video recordings, and web content development. Continual production of live events including lighting and sound design for frequent concerts, conferences, public events and all Sunday services for the largest Protestant Church in New England. Ongoing management of four part-time employees and over 15 volunteers while working within a limited budget.
