About Me
I have worked in commercial arts and entertainment as a fulltime storyboard artist over twenty-two years, creating storyboards and previsualization for feature films, marketing agencies, commercials as well as medical agencies. In the last 6 months I have worked on several feature films including three car commercials starring Ric Flare for Car Shield.
In 2006 I began teaching a pilot program at USC, received my BFS in Multimedia Animation from The Art Institute of Los Angeles CA, in 2006, won a scholarship to the prestigious Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, where I was formally trained by Marc Stricland (Advanced Illustration). My mentors are Bill Recinos from 'Ghostbusters' & Douglas Kirk 'DreamWorks”. Strong visual storytelling with impeccable storyboards so that I can illustrate the pre-visuals.
In Los Angeles I have had the honor to work with some of best entertainment companies and film directors, such as Twitch Prime (Amazon), Nickelodeon, ATT, NBC, Sprint, Toyota, the legendary Iggy Pop (Unagi Commercial), and (POTC) Pirates of the Caribbean for Pretty Little Liars, director Steven Kiefer. Other film directors I have worked with in the past, from the movie Sharknado Director Anthony Ferrante for Hello Hero, The Inhabitant thriller Directed by Jerren Lauder. with Odessa A'zion, Leslie Bibb, Dermot Mulroney, Lizze Broadway and the feature “Z Dead End” director Robert Restro as the senior storyboard artist starring Kane Hodder and Robert LaSardo. Finally, “ENOUGH” with director Michele LaBrrucherie.
An active member on the Advisory Board for the “Design Thinking Executive Program” at University of California, Riverside Extension.
