A passion for movies, books, animals, oceans, trees, music and dance.
My story starts in India. I moved to the United States when I was 17...graduated with a BA degree from the University of Kansas. Immediately after graduating, I moved back to India and danced professionally for a year. Upon my return, I landed a “temporary” job in the Mutual Fund Industry.
After almost five years -- I decided to do more with my life and set out on a new adventure to England; completed a Masters in Science degree in Conservation and conducted field research in the Himalayas for three months. I met the most compassionate and driven people imaginable along the way..Irrefutably the best year of my life.
During the course, amidst creating an Environmental Education project for children in London, I discovered a love for film editing...an incredibly fun way to imagine, share and impact.
Moving forward, I am hoping to make my mark in the post-production world as well as continue to contribute however possible to our planet.
"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.”.....Steve Jobs
