My name is Kristyn Stewart. I’m an enthusiastic, creative and extremely driven visual artist. As you will see in my resume, I have over ten years of experience in production. I received my bachelor’s degree in Film in 2011. Since then I have created and successfully ran my own business (building furniture and custom signs/hand lettering). I did all artistic work as well as advertising/marketing, bookkeeping, budgets, contracts, permits & more. Prior to that I was a partner in running a high end event production company. I played multiple roles such as supervisor, coordinator, manager, producer, designer and more. I have led teams in some of the most large scale events in Washington DC. I did this as well as production design for music videos and film when it was available in the area.
Since living in Los Angeles, I have focused strictly in art department as a set decorator and production design. I have pushed myself in gaining different experiences so I would have the diverse skill set that I do to where I could be thrown in the ring of fire on any set and play multiple roles. I am able to be a team player, team leader or work independently. I am able to design, build, paint and decorate any type of set with confidence. I believe if given the opportunity, I would make a great asset to the team. I would love the opportunity to be involved. Some of the work I have done includes set dec for Tiktok, Black History Celebration for Snoop Dog, Tyga & Saweetie, Lil Nas X unplugged, Netflix “Boy Named Christmas” event, and much more!
