I am a freelance sound mixer in the Portland Metro area. 30 years experience in video production with 20 of those doing location sound work, and for the last 5 years also working as A2 for Live Professional & College Sports .... and I LOVE MY WORK!

My sound package consists of a Sound Devices Field Recorder/Mixer with Time Code, Lectrosonics Wireless, DPA & Sanken Lavs, Sanken CS3E Boom and Lectro Wireless Camera Links, Time Code Lockit Boxes, & Comtek IFBs when requested. My rates are standard and fair.

First and foremost I focus on good sound and will do whatever necessary to make that happen. My experience is broad but my strongest abilities are working in smaller ENG, run & gun, interviews & B-roll type shoots. Essentially recording sound with small crews in a variety of locations. I know how to behave when dealing with sensitive subjects and honor my NDA,s.
In addition, I work as a team player, on smaller productions after setting up audio, I will assist with loading and set up and do whatever necessary to speed production along so we can get to the next location or the Martini Shot!...... On bigger union shows, I stay in my lane.


Most of my work is in the NW but will travel when needed.
