Nate's passion for filmmaking began in Milwaukee, WI, where he was born and raised. After going to school and working various aspects of film production and post production in Chicago, he made the trek down Route 66 to continue his work in beautiful southern California. His passion lies in storytelling. Whether it’s through camera, lighting, or assembly, he aims to creatively tell stories that need to be heard.
Nate worked as a production assistant on promotional content for award winning television shows such as “The Voice,” “New Girl,” “Brooklyn Nine-Nine,” “Bones,” “Big Bang Theory,” and “How I Met Your Mother.” He took what he learned from Hollywood and applies it to every project, striving for excellence no matter the budget. Nate has worked on nationally broadcast commercials, local TV spots, and films which have made it to festivals across the country. Nate is constantly seeking to better his craft as a cinematographer by learning, applying new creative techniques, and staying attentive to the stories surrounding him.
I have been in the industry since 2010.
