Variety of experience on both sides of the camera - still and video.
I shot a bunch of amateur skate/motocross/surf stuff in the 70s (8mm video, 35mm stills), neglected it for a while, re-started with digital in 2006. Looking to broaden my portfolio.
Shooting canon gear since then, currently canon 60D/20D for stills and XH A1 and xa10 for HD video. I have a good bit of experience in front of the camera as well - indy shorts/features, 2 tv shows, 2 commercials.
You can see samples of my stills on my website -- link listed in my ProductionHUB profile.
My recent experience includes:
"A Peasant's Hope" (short) - the 'Small Outlaw' and fight choreography
"Cold Soldiers" (feature) - extra roles
"Phantoms of History" (tv series) - Col Isaac Hayne
"Good Project / Bad Project" (4pm.com online training) - Melvin the computer geek
"The Day the World Stopped" (feature) - Jack - http://daytheworldstopped.tripod.com/ or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PcUjDdCXXBA
Tomb Hunter (short) - thug (white tennis shoes) & fight choreography - http://heroinemovies.com/store/tomb-hunter/
Brain Disease Research (http://curebraindisease.org/) PSA - guy in leather jacket
SupraGirl vs Lex Luthor (short) - thug, fight choreography, 2nd camera
Just Believe(short, in production) - man with lung problems
I'm bright, learn quickly, have a varied background, and am long on enthusiasm and willing to work hard. I have experience with computers, motorcycles, surfing, sailing, martial arts, firearms, operating farm/light equipment, photography, hand and power tools, hand guns, rifles, and random other skills. I also have a USCG 100 ton captains license, currently getting my CHL and pyrotechnics operator licenses.
