I am fond of creating stories about complex characters that cannot directly show how they are feeling through dialogue, whether this is due to an inability to speak or otherwise lacking the ability to vocalize how they feel. My challenge lies in how to convey what they want to say through their body language; in walk cycles, reactions, microexpressions, and relations to space.
I create for entertainment, in that I want to introduce people to the world I have created for my characters. The characters inhabit these environments, but most importantly are joined by the audience themselves as they journey on. My philosophy on art can best be described like absurdist theatre, where I am not directly trying to push idealisms or tell messages. I want viewers to delve into their own lives and thoughts where they can draw their own conclusions and are left wanting more.
