About Me

I have over twenty years of Production Management experience including:
• Managing and coordinating multiple productions in high-pressure situations while consistently achieving success within strict schedule and budget requirements.
• Experience in all aspects of Production Management and Location Management including budget, crew, logistics, meals, equipment, permits, casting and talent coordination.

I started in the business as a Production Coordinator, managing one of the East Coast's largest independent production facilities. I helped create the in house Production Services division and was the Senior Producer responsible for all aspects of commercial production including budget, production logistics, casting and final billing.
1977 - 1983

I joined Horizon Productions, an independent Production Company in Philadelphia, as their Executive Producer. After 2 years I left to start my own Production Company, De Bay Productions. I started out working with Advertising Agencies producing commercials, but soon changed to doing Location Management work. I found that I preferred the challenge of hands on production work rather then wrangling in house creative differences.
1984 - 1989

After our family moved to Atlanta in time for the 1996 Olympics, I worked at Crawford Production Services managing remote, live, multi camera location shoots for such clients as Good Morning Japan, The Brazilian Broadcast Center and the Coke Pavilion. I also worked with Georgia Public Television as Production Manager for The Georgia Hall of Fame Music Awards Show and the United Artists Satellite Network Volvo premiere with Jim Belushi.
1996 - 1998

Since moving to Boulder I have been working in Event Management and free lance Film and Television Production Management. Projects include:

Production Manager for a short film called Familiar. This is based upon a short story by China Mieville, produced by Mythos Productions. November 2014 to July 2015

Production Manager for a feature film called Innocent Sleep. Produced by Aura Productions LLC.
September 2014 - Oct 2014

Contestant Coordination, Fox TV's The X Factor. I worked with a team of Judges to coordinate and organize auditions. May 2013 - June 2013

Casting & Talent Management, Production. Boulder Convention and Visitors Bureau Ambassador Video. April 2013

Executive Producer, Aero X Golf Balls for Polara Golf. Produced 2, 30 sec commercials for Polara Golf Ball, the ball that does not hook or slice. May 2011
