About Me

I am Andrea Alfaro, I was born and raised in San Salvador, El Salvador. I am 23-years old and I am a BYU - Idaho student. I have always had an interest of producing and becoming a journalist.

During my time at BYU-Idaho, I've gained experience by producing, filming, editing videos, being a camera operator and a reporter for Scroll Digital en español.

I had the opportunity to be a producer for Scroll Digital en español for almost a year but currently, I am an editor for A / V Productions at my University. At my job, I have the responsibility to edit videos and manage cameras for events, such as concerts, presentations, broadcasts, etc.

I graduated with my associates degree in Florida Keys Community College in April 2010 and I will be graduating with a bachelors degree in Communications in Spring 2013.

My next life goal is to work for a production company and I am currently seeking for an internship that is related with my career.
