For the last 6 years I’ve been working as an Interactive Systems Designer (3D) creating environments, assets and avatars for various interactive training scenarios. My first year I worked as the only 3d artist and my responsibilities were high from the start. As our projects received praise and recognition contracts were awarded and our projects expanded quickly, as did the need for more developers. From 2008 to 2013 I was the Lead Artist and directed the team in building an efficient art pipeline, robust 3d asset library, and realistic environments. I managed a team that produced high quality 3d assets, large-scale terrains based on customer specifications, and ultra real avatars for the CryENGINE3 game engine.
