Transit (2002 – present)
Technical Coordinator and client liason for stage productions, multimedia presentations, concerts, fashion shows and special events in a 10,000 square foot venue. Program and run LightJockey, oversee video mixing and AV support for successful nightclub averaging over 1500 patrons per week.

Audio engineer and lighting support for this weekly public affairs program featuring discussions and interviews on various legal topics effecting Chicago citizens.
Harpo Studios (2001 to 2012)
Pre-production and on-air floor crew responsible for lighting, carpentry and audio for “The Oprah Winfrey Show” and “The Rosie Show” including rigging and stage support for the United Center finale show.
Skokie Theater (2010)

Shelton and Associates (Medusa’s at the Mission) (1997 – 2007)
Producer of bi-monthly live performances on two stages at a popular suburban nightclub. Conceive, design, construct and direct themed productions featuring dramatic set design, custom set pieces, unique costumes and theatrical lighting techniques.
After Images (2000-2002)
After eight years as a freelance technician, I was invited to join the organization as a full-time employee to ensure completion of several major projects that had experienced significant set-backs. Led the production and delivery of a political campaign video with statewide distribution along with a government information video. All projects were completed on-time and within budget and restored client confidence and patronage.
