About Me

My name is Matthew Anderson a graduate of writing and communication academy and I'm currently a student at the Art Institute of new York majoring in Film and directing. I'm seek a challenging position in a progressive and vibrant organization and or company that would give me the opportunity to demonstrate my creative,analytical , and leadership skill. In high school I was really active in my student government as a representative/ peer mediator where counseled and advise my follow students in solving their problems. I'm knowledge in the many programs such as Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, Adobe SpeedGrade, Avid Protools, Final Cut Pro 7, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. I've worked with footage from many cameras such as the Canon 5D mark ii, and iii. I've also worked with the Panasonic HVX and AF100, alongside the Blackmagic Cinema Camera. Editing has been a part of my life since I was in middle school and its something that i chase everyday of my life.​​ I'm a excellent communicator both in written and oral form, also have keen eyes for details with any and all tasks given to me and I'm also extremely organized. As a film student I have directed, written, and edited class assignments and independent projects.
