About Me

Hi there, my name is Troy Guthrie, and I am a producer, production manager, and COVID Health & Safety Supervisor based in Los Angeles, California. I have been living and working in the Los Angeles area since graduating from Chapman University in 2008. In 2018, I founded TBT Productions, a full-service production company specializing in commercial production, industrial training videos & marketing videos, as well as live event production.

With TBT Productions, I provide end-to-end production services for commercial production, new media, and narrative projects. From initial budget breakdown to final delivery, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to every project I work on. I have a long list of crew members and professional vendor relationships, which allows me to take on projects of all sizes and types.

In addition to my work with TBT Productions, I am also a freelance producer, line producer, and production manager. I have worked for several production companies in the Los Angeles and Hollywood areas, including Seven Bucks Digital Studios, Tilt Creative, Semler Scientific, MasterKey Productions, Antech Diagnostics, Opus Movie LLC, Liquid Light Productions, Storyform Inc, Digital Domain 3.0 Studio 71, Awesomeness TV, Imrpesario Entertainment, 7ate9 Entertainment, Boardwalk Entertainment, and A. Smith & Co.

One of my recent achievements is producing / production managing a Union / SAG million dollar cosmetic brand commercial shoot with MISSHA Cosmetics and A-List talent in and around Los Angeles. As COVID Health & Safety Officer for HBO's award-winning show EUPHORIA. I managed the entire COVID team and coordinated all of the weekly and three-times-a-week testing for the 250+ cast and crew members.
