I have worked in various positionson feature films, short films and a television show. Although I'm just now working to build a career in film, I've been working on the periphery for quite awhile, so I'm familiar with working on-set and with filmmaking technology. I own a fair amount of tungsten lighting gear, grip gear, small jib, Dana Dolly, and basic audio equipment. I have experience with high-definition cameras (currently owner of a Panasonic AF-100 and Rokinon cine lenses, previously owner of a JVC HD-200), and I have past 16mm experience as an Arri 16BL owner.
Previously, I worked for a number of years in the newspaper industry in a variety of positions including photographer, business columnist, copy editor and illustrator. I photographed freelance assignments for various magazines, wire services and other newspapers including the Washington Post. While working as a photographer I began learning digital imaging technology, interactive media design and web design.
I'm energetic, enthusiastic, resourceful, and have a well-developed but under-control sense of humor.
I have been in the industry since 2012.
