CaptainChef Homestyle Cooking is a mobile food vendor (mobile kitchen) with over 45 years’ of combined experience in the Food/Restaurant Industry specializing in flavorful, authentic Southern home style cooking. Desmond Lynch, chef/owner, earned his degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales where he strengthened his appreciation for the art of food. Desmond owned and managed several food service companies and served as Chief Steward on many shipping vessels. Assistant Chef, Cheryl Lynch, demonstrated her extensive knowledge through her years as a Merchant Marine Chief Cook and Chief Steward. Her welcoming nature is a staple here at CaptainChef Homestyle Cooking, and keeps customers satisfied and coming back for more. We are capable of servicing any shift – breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner – in effort to fill any need. We look forward to working with you! We are specialized in working with small budgets, and groups. we also have the ability to travel on short notice to almost any location in the USA
