H Stewart was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland. In the early 90′s he moved to England were he now works as a Director of Photography. Educated to a high standard of analogue photography, Haridas brought over ten years of photography experience to moving image were he quickly got picked up by Norwegian Director Andre Rettedal to shoot his first feature film 'Four Hours' in 2011. Since then he has collaborated with a large variety of directors including Peter Peralta with whom he shot feature film 'Gangsters Gamblers Geezers' in 2013 and Paul Raschid for 'White Chamber' in 2018 wish is currently streaming on Netflix. His appreciation of colour and high quality lighting has made him a go-to cinematographer for many UK directors who seek out articulate imagery. “His patience and ability to work with everyone allows the film making process to be truly collaborative” Benjamin Ferguson, 1st AD on 'Four Hours'.
