About Me
Experienced with Sony, RED, and Panasonics, long-lens cameras for sports, music performance, and corporate events, stuido broadcast rigs, and owner/operator of a traditional steadicam system for heavier cameras and gimbal stabilizer for lighter cameras.
I bring the planning and organizational skillsets and focused mindset I gained in the Service to my role in the camera department as cinematographer, operator, AC or steadicam flyer. This means clarity and efficiency thus saving time and money! Right now I'm heading up the tech and post-production team for TV episodic "On This Site" tell some of the stories of the many state historical markers that dot the Texas landscape. My passport is current and I live close to D/FW International Airport so travel to any part of the world is a breeze.
From my experience in filming a wide assortment of subjects, I have learned to always be aware of every aspect on the set and do everything possible to improve the shot regardless of my role. With my inborn motivation and your visionary scope of the project, I'm able to make your job easier and get the best results faster. But despite all that serious business talk, as a crew member I retain an easygoing manner and ready sense of humor on and off set...because when you are doing what you love to do - the job is supposed to be FUN!
I have been in the industry since 2012.
