It can be hard to describe yourself without either A sounding like a conceited jerk or B just listing skills and being boring. I will try option C and wing it.

i am a multi skilled multi trade hardworking, fast learning, thinking outside the box kind of guy you want on your team. i can fill every slot, i can wear a collared shirt and interact with clients, and i can wear a tshirt and carry 150 lb wire runs in 120 degree summer heat.
