Cesar studied Architecture, and Interior Design at the University of Tennessee, and earned his Associate Degree in Nursing from San Antonio College of Medical School. His creativity and passion for movies attracted him to acting. Studied under Michael Cole, and Nick Conti at Actor’s studio, Atlanta. His curiosity in acting landed him his first speaking role as Pvt. Mitchell in the independent feature movie "Hell's-End", directed by Ron McLellen. Shortly after several short films, and feature movies and a lot of failed auditions. He decided with thirty movies, and several years auditioning for major motion pictures under his belt. He decided to make his own movies, and founded Infectious Films Entertainment.
