Cinecopter Productions, LLC- one of the leading aerial companies in Los Angeles. Cinecopter films some of the biggest TV shows, commercials, music videos, events, and feature films in the industry. We utilize both drones and full-size helicopter and gimbal systems to capture stunning aerial shots and have been approved and hired to fly drones for many major networks, brands, and production companies including: FOX, NBC, ABC, CBS, MTV, PBS, History Channel, Netflix, Animal Planet, Spike TV, The Science Channel, Discovery Channel, Tyler Perry Studios, LG Studios, ITV, LBI Entertainment, Sony, Pandora, Porsche, Land Rover, Maserati, Ducati, Red Bull, Nike and many others.
We have traveled and filmed in over 30 countries all over the world and have the experience it takes to get gear in and out of places and deal with local regulations. Although we are based in Los Angeles and work regularly with Film LA, LAPD, LAFD, LADOT and other local agencies, we also have relationships with various film permitting offices across the country, as well as local fire departments, and the U.S military. We have access to all local FAA airspace waivers, as well as access to many other airspace waivers across the country. We have TWIC cards and are approved to do drone and aerial work in both the Port of Long Beach and Port of Los Angeles.
We are fully insured and with a base 5-million dollar aviation policy. Through partner production company, which focuses on ground production, we also carry a separate 1 million dollar general production liability policy that includes workman's comp and non-hired auto. We make safety our number one priority. Our team consists of Part 107 FAA pilots, professional aerial camera operators and full-size FAA pilots, all with years of experience.
