Eve Pomerance began her Casting career in the 1990's when she produced two features after leaving the London Film School. She then went to work as an assistant for a talent agent at ICM UK. This lead to being asked to cast industry readings for 5th Night Reading series (NYC) and BFI's Script Factory, which she helped to set up and was asked to join the Board of Directors.
In 2009 Eve formed Major Motion Pictures with her partner, Jonathan Mossek, in order to produce, 'As Good as Dead.' She was uncredited as one of the Casting Directors and cast: Andie Macdowell, Carey Elwes, Frank Whaley and Brian Cox. Then she garnered her first casting credit on "Festival of Light" where she cast: Aidan Quinn and Jimi Mistry.
Eve is presently the in-house Casting Director for The Mirror Theater summer stock. "Sinners" which was directed by Brian Cox and produced by Sabra Jones (Mirror Theater) will transfer to the New Rep in Boston March 5th, 2017. Eve is also helping to produce and cast Bernard Pomerance (Elephant Man) new play, "Miranda." Eve's other film credits include: "A Paixão Segundo João" and "Tim Maia" for Mauro Lima,"The God Who Fell From Grace," directed by Alex Ewen, "Sleeping Shepherd" (Michael Pitt, Imogen Poots, Willem Defoe and Isabelle Huppert), "A Momentary Lapse of Reason," (Kunal Nayyar, Sendhil Ramamurthy, Lancy Reddick, J.W Cortes), "Sweet and Sour" (Anna Friel, Henry Ian Cusick and Malcolm McDowell), "Son of The South" and "Burbank Caviar."
Subsequently Eve cast several independent features, a Drama Documentary for Ric Burns called, "Pilgrims" and two video games for Sony (Until Dawn, Silent Hill.
