Justin has traveled the world as a sound mixer working for the biggest names — National Geographic, CBS, HBO ... — under some of the most trying conditions — blizzards, high-humidity heat waves, torrential downpours — delivering top quality sound for nearly a decade.
Based in Southern Maine where he is a Registered Maine Guide and a member of a statewide search and rescue team, he’s prepared for any conditions. He’s skilled at shoots in remote settings, aboard boats, mountain tops and islands, and equally comfortable in the studio.
Justin has extensive documentary/reality, verité, narrative, political campaign and corporate experience. He has the personality, situational awareness and top-of-the line equipment needed for a smooth shoot. A creative problem solver, he’s always on time and ready to work, making him a valuable asset on any set.
Shooting experiences include: Survivor, Maine Magazine, Stranded, Building Off the Grid, 30 for 30, True North and many more.
Justin is capable of any sized project and available for anything from single to multi-days local or abroad.
