Responsible for public relations at the various locations used and for the safety of the crew during filming.
Prepared and reviewed schedules, assigned shifts and planned budgets for preparation and shoot and strike.
Negotiated with property owners the appropriate fees, as well as fees to any neighbors and tenants that may be impacted by the production.
Procured all the necessary permits through the local municipality and community.
Prepared maps, directions and neighborhood services for call sheets.
