About Me

Jacob works as a commercial and narrative cinematographer and camera operator for corporate, commercial, and film productions. Select clients include Rolling Stone Magazine, The Philharmonia Orchestra, Ashton Woods Homes, Sunpan Furniture and many others. Shooting with ARRI and RED camera packages and cinema primes.

Growing up in the Tarheel state Jacob found a passion for photography at an early age. His love of capturing images led him to pursue a formal education in cinematography at Savannah College of Art and Design. After bouncing around the country for a few years he moved back to his hometown and has been working full-time as a cinematographer at Woodsman Studios, a media company dedicated to inspiring visual storytelling.
