My passion for food started in the south. Collard greens, scalloped oysters and stuffed ham. Beginning my journey at Johnson and Wales in Charleston SC, I discovered my taste for farm to table, French inspired southern fare . My experience and love of food has shaped me into an organized, team oriented, and focused chef and food stylist. I am versed in editorial, table top, and commercial video shoots.
