About Me

My name is Jose Lucero and I'm a Production Designer, Art Director, Set decorator/stylist multipurpose art department dude living in Oakland CA.
The guiding philosophy of my work is that of mutual assistance; I believe in people helping people to realize their dreams.

I have extensive experience in stagehand, Set and Office PA, Production Designer, Art Director, Set Dresser and Stylist.
This experience grants me a predisposition for problem-solving, flexibility and charisma.

My interest in the arts has led me to explore different art forms including graphic design, interior design, industrial design, landscaping, drawing, photography, writing, acting and video production.

I believe that all my experiences are related and that all conflicts are just opportunities for reconciliation, self-improvement, and harmony. I am completely convinced that work, exploration, passion, and learning are interlinked; you cannot have one without the others.

I have been in the industry since 2014.
