An LA-based award-winning director, Alex directed 20 tv shows, among them sci-fi, thriller, and drama series.
He directed each episode in almost all of his television series: some of which had 24 to 30 episodes.
A 24 episode period drama serial (all episodes which he directed) has won awards at the St. Petersburg Film Festival, Russia for the Best Drama Series, and at the Ukraine Film Festival for the Best Directing for a Drama Series.
His comedy movie ‘Cinderella.ru’ (a.k.a. ‘Zolushka.ru’) got 21M views on YouTube.

In 2011, the 24 episode TV serial ‘In the Forest and the Mountains’ (all episodes which I directed) was nominated twice for a TEFI, which is the Russian equivalent of an Emmy.
This period drama serial has won awards at St. Petersburg Film Festival, Russia, 2011 for Best Drama Series, as well as at Berdiansk International Film Festival, Ukraine, 2011 for Best Directing for a Drama Series.
