About Me

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from California State University, Fresno. She has thrived in music media production for over a decade, photographing bands such as Alex Cameron, The Brian Jonestown Massacre, Courtney Barnett, and The Dandy Warhols. Her writing, photography, and videography have been featured in The Huffington Post, OPB, OregonLive, The Portland Mercury, Time Magazine, and Justine Penklis’ forthcoming 'The Dandy Warhols Book' (2020).

For the last three years, Stephanie captured live-streamed video on the film crew at the Happy Valley, Oregon music festival, Pickathon, as a hand-held camera and Steadicam operator on the Mt. Hood stage.

Stephanie was a Gaffer on Mercer/Lunden Film's 2012 short film 'Thieves'. She was the Director of Photography of Tombo Film's 'Luma' (2019) and is the Cinematographer for their now-in-production short film 'Death is a Lonely Business' (2020).

Stephanie is also currently the Cinematographer for Dazzle Ships (2020), a short, experimental narrative film concerning the illusions and delusions of living an artistic life, directed by Sol Burbridge, and executive produced by Greg Arden, Todd Haynes, and Kelly Reichardt.

In addition to commercial short film, Stephanie is a freelance DP for live action commercial advertising at Bent Image Labs, and is currently available for hire for full-time work.

I have been in the industry since 2013.
